Terms & Conditions
1) Please kindly ensure that your order quantity and item number is correct before submission.
2) In the event that there was a mistake in posting, please inform us within 2 hours. Please note that we may not be able to make amendments after ordering.
3) We will do our best to check before ordering to ensure we order the right stuff.
4) Always check if the cap has been reached before posting an order. Orders after the spree has closed will not be entertained. Refunds may only be made at a later date. You may email us to ask about the possibility of reopening the spree.
5) No refunds for defective goods, difference in color as shown on screen, if the goods are from a foreign supplier.
6) Refund will be done, only when goods are out of stocks(oos).
7) Ordering of goods will only take place when we have received your payment, placing order with no payment will not be entertained..
8) Discrepancies in exchange rates will informed in our spree page, shortages may require top-ups from spree-ers.
9) Shipping cost will be shared among spree-ers.
10) If spree response are poor, we may cancel the spree.
11) In the event that there is a delay in shipment, customers will be ensured that they will receive a notification email. Other updates will be done on our blog itself.
12) Kindly provide a valid email address that we can use to contact you in the case of any emergencies, updates or notification of top-ups required.
13) Our contact email address is juzkeepspreeing@yahoo.com.sg, kindly state your name, spree title, transaction reference in the subject title.
14) We will take responsibility to double check your mailing address and goods before mailing.
15) In the case that normal mail method is used, we are not held responsible if the mail gets lost. Registered post is recommended to reduce risk of lost mail.
16) Meet-ups will be done only at the convenience of the Shop Owners: Possible locations include: Boon Lay, Clementi, Dover, Queenstown, Redhill, Woodlands MRT Stations. NUS, NTU, SIM. Latecomers will have to contact the Shop Owners at least 2 hours in advance. Thank you.
17) Spree-ers are expected to pay a basic handling charge of $0.50 for the postage envelopes and any miscellaneous cost.
18) Purchases are expected to be collected within 1 month. If paid items are not collected after 1 month, we reserve the right to dispose them.
19) Spree-ers may check with us regarding the status of delivery. We will try our best to update our spree-ers as much as we can.
21) Deeply appreciate if you are nice to us, we are human too.
22) By joining our spree, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed with our terms and conditions.
